On December 7, 2023, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld the United States International Trade Commission(ITC)'s final ruling, finding that Miraclean Technology Co., Ltd.'s flocked swabs did not violate Section 337.

After over two years of litigation, Shenzhen-based Miraclean has claimed final victory.

In the two years since the Section 337 case was initiated, Miraclean has invested tremendous effort and resources without fear, and has ultimately emerged victorious. This win not only belongs to Miraclean, but also reflects the growing confidence and capacity for safeguarding intellectual property rights among Chinese manufacturers.

With over a decade of expertise in lab consumables, Miraclean is committed to providing sample preparation solutions. It obtained China's first medical device manufacturing license in 2012. Since launching its own MANTACC® brand in 2016, it has supplied quality IVD sampling consumables for dozens of billions of tests worldwide.

This victory belongs not just to Miraclean, but to the entire industry, serving as a testament to the comprehensive national strength of Chinese manufacturing.

Bolstered by this success, Miraclean will continue advancing confidently towards greater internationalization, branding, and diversification.
