Mantacc in Spotlight: An Exciting First Day at ADLM 2023

From July 25th to 27th, 2023, the 75th AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo will be held grandly at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, USA. This grand event will bring together 941 exhibiting companies from more than 100 countries and regions around the world, becoming an international event that comprehensively displays the latest clinical technology advancements and exchanges cutting-edge research from across the globe.

On the eve of the expo's opening, the organizer American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) announced to the world that it will officially change its name to Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine (ADLM). This name change was proposed by the Board of Directors and passed by a wide margin in a membership vote this spring. The organizer stated that the new name will better reflect the diversity of its membership and more inclusively encompass all professionals and clinical chemists working in the clinical laboratory industry and related fields.
