Instruction For Use

To conduct testing, first aseptically remove the swab and sample a 100 square centimeter area by swabbing the desired surface. Promptly re-insert the swab back into its tube and thoroughly agitate the closed tube to blend the sample, achieving a 1:10 dilution ratio. Uncap the drop tip opening and pour out 1 milliliter aliquots, distributing portions evenly onto ready dry agar plates. Carefully incubate plates under suitable conditions and inspect for emergence of distinctive colony types. Strict adherence to contamination avoidance protocols including proper glove use is imperative when processing samples.
